A Message to Our Uptempo Maui Family

Every game has its seasons, and every team eventually reaches the end of a quarter before moving on to the next one.

As of May 2026, our lease at our current facility has come to an end, and after careful consideration, we have decided not to renew our lease. While this chapter is closing, Uptempo Maui is not going anywhere and we are actively searching for the right home where we can continue to grow the game, develop athletes, and strengthen the basketball community we have built together.

Since day one, Uptempo Maui has been about much more than a gym. It's been a place where players have put in countless hours, celebrated victories, learned from setbacks, built friendships, and chased their goals. We've watched athletes take their first shots, gain confidence, and develop both on and off the court. Those memories will always be a part of who we are.

In the meantime, we will continue to bring basketball to our community by operating out of centrally located gyms and basketball courts. This way, our athletes can keep training, playing, and growing together while we search for our next permanent home.

As we begin this next transition, we're committed to finding a facility that matches our vision and provides the best possible environment for our athletes, families, coaches, and community.

To everyone who has supported us whether you've attended camps, trained with us, played in our leagues, cheered from the sidelines, or simply shared words of encouragement… THANK YOU. Your trust, loyalty, and support have meant everything to us. Because of you, Uptempo Maui has become a family, and that family will continue to move forward together.
